Unlike Lodon and Paris, subway (U-bahn) in berlin is not the major urban transport. Instead, S-Bahn (elevated railways) take a great roll. Series 481, characterized with unique shape doors, is most often seen in Ringbahn(circle line). Series 480 designed by West-germany and 485 by East-germany are now running the same tracks. (
