江ノ島電鉄は、藤沢と鎌倉を結ぶ鉄道です。車両サイズが小さく、輸送力は頼りないところもありますが、観光路線として活路を見出しています。路線は路面区間や海のすぐそばを走る区間もあり、変化に富んでいます。
Enoshima Electric Line. known as Enoden, runs from Fujisawa to Kamakura. As the stock size is much smaller than ordunary commuter trains, the train is classified as a light rail. The line itself is regarded as a sightseeing spot in Kamakura area. The train runs very near to the beach in some part.
