江ノ電2000形は1990年から導入された2両連接車で、大型の前面窓を備えています。2006年に登場した新500形は、丸みのある車体とVVVFインバータ制御を採用しました。どちらも藤沢と鎌倉を結ぶ路線で使われ、連結して4両編成で運転することもできます。
Enoden Series 2000 was introduced from 1990 as two-car articulated trains with large front windows. The second-generation Series 500 arrived in 2006 with rounded bodies and VVVF inverter control. Both serve the Fujisawa–Kamakura route and can be coupled to operate as four-car trains.
