Tvärbanan(トゥヴォルバナン)は、2000年に新しく開業したLRTです。
Tvärbanan is an LRT line newly opened in 2000. It uses partly low-floor, tram-style vehicles. Stockholm is divided into several areas by the sea, and the line crosses two large bridges to link them circumferentially. Nockebybanan is an older route surviving from the time when Stockholm had a tram network. At Alvik it enters the metro station to make interchange convenient. Sweden's roads formerly used left-hand traffic, so the old trams also ran on the left, but the surviving trams have changed to right-hand running.
