815系は1999年から、熊本地区の鹿児島本線と豊肥本線で走っています。日立のA-train構造を採用し、内装部品の多くを大きなモジュールに分け、大きなボルトで車体に取り付けています。座席配置は通常のロングシートですが、そのデザインはとても独特です。
Series 815 run Kumamoto area in Kagoshima Line and Hohi Line since 1999. It adopted Hitachi's A-Train design, with which most of the interior components are devided into large modules, jointed with large bolts to the body. Although its seat arrangement is normal side-seat, its design is very unique.
