神戸電鉄3000系は1973年に登場し、1991年まで増備された通勤電車です。アルミ車体と3扉、冷房、4両固定編成が特徴で、1000系列の増結を多用する運転とは異なる構成です。有馬線・三田線・粟生線で使われ、急勾配に対応する神鉄の代表的な車両となりました。
Shintetsu Series 3000 was introduced in 1973, with construction continuing until 1991. Aluminium bodies, three doors per side, air conditioning and fixed four-car formations contrasted with the frequent use of add-on cars in the Series 1000 family. It worked the Arima, Sanda and Ao Lines and became a characteristic design for Shintetsu's steep routes.
