Hokushin Railway runs from Shin-Kobe to Tanigami as an extension of the Kobe Subway. Most of the Line is in a tunnel under the Rokko mountains. Series 7000, built in 1988, has a light-brown body and Hankyu-like interior. It operates together with Kobe Subway trains.
