ツィッタウの狭軌鉄道は、1890年に開業した軌間750 mmの鉄道で、ベルツドルフからオイビンとヨンスドルフへ分かれます。蒸気機関車が客車を牽く定期列車を維持し、写真の99.73〜76形などは動輪を5軸持つタンク機関車です。1996年12月からはSOEGがDBから運行を引き継ぎ、歴史的な車両を保ちながら路線を運営しています。
The 750 mm-gauge Zittau railway opened in 1890, branching at Bertsdorf towards Oybin and Jonsdorf. It has maintained scheduled steam-hauled passenger trains; tank locomotives such as the pictured Class 99.73–76 have five coupled driving axles. SOEG took over operation from DB in December 1996 and has continued running the railway while preserving its historic vehicles.
