Meitetsu series 6650 were renovated from series 3900 in 1986. They have similar body to series 6600, except they do not have a bumper in front and they have air conditioning from the first. The stocks are the last nose suspension drive suburban train in Japanese major railways.名鉄6650系は1986年に登場しました。車体は6600系に準じますが、スカートが無く、テールランプの形状が6500系に近いものです。また、製造時から冷房車です。機器は3900系からの流用品で、駆動方式は吊掛式、ブレーキは自動ブレーキです。2両固定2本が在籍しますが、4000系に置き換えられる予定です。
