京阪260形は1957年から旧200形の機器などを流用して製造され、京津線の急行・準急に使われました。350形は1966～1967年に旧型車の機器を流用して製造された石山坂本線向け車両です。両者は約15 m級の2扉車体を持ちますが、急勾配への対応や主な運用線区が異なりました。
Keihan Series 260 was built from 1957 using equipment from older Series 200 cars and worked Keishin Line express and semi-express services. Series 350 was built in 1966–1967 with reused equipment for the Ishiyama-Sakamoto Line. Both had approximately 15 m two-door bodies, but differed in their ability to handle steep gradients and in their principal assignments.
