阪急7300系は1982年に登場した7000系の京都線向け系列で、京都線車両では初めて界磁チョッパ制御を採用しました。初期編成は鋼製、後続車はアルミ製で、製造時期による違いがあります。京都線・千里線の列車と堺筋線直通に使われました。
Hankyu Series 7300 was introduced in 1982 as the Kyoto Line counterpart of Series 7000 and was the first Kyoto Line series with field-chopper control. The initial trainsets had steel bodies, while later cars were aluminium. It worked Kyoto and Senri Line services and through trains onto the Sakaisuji Line.
