1986年に、更新車の7600系が登場しました。車体は1967年製の7200系から引き継いでいます。くさび形の前面と、やや狭い車体を持ちます（標準の2,800 mmに対し2,744 mm）。池上線と多摩川線で使用されています。
In 1986, renovated Series 7600 trains were introduced. Their bodies were inherited from Series 7200, built in 1967. They has a wedge-shaped front and a slightly narrower body (2,744 mm, compared to the standard 2,800 mm). They is used on the Ikegami and Tamagawa lines.
