ニューシャトルは、大宮と内宿を結ぶ埼玉新都市交通のゴムタイヤ式鉄道です。大部分で新幹線の高架橋に沿って走り、丸山の車両基地は東北・上越新幹線の分岐部分にあります。運転士が乗務する点は、無人運転の新交通システムとは異なります。
The New Shuttle is Saitama New Urban Transit's rubber-tyred railway between Omiya and Uchijuku. Most of its route follows the Shinkansen viaduct, with Maruyama depot inside the junction of the Tohoku and Joetsu Shinkansen. Trains have drivers, unlike unattended guideway-transit systems.
