The Keio Inokashira Line connects Shibuya and Kichijoji. It runs through densely populated residential areas, so trains are crowded throughout the day. Series 3000 trains with 18 m stainless-steel bodies were used for many years, but Series 1000 trains with 20 m bodies have gradually replaced them. Each trainset has a different color scheme.
