京急1000系の初期グループは、片側3扉のアルミ車体を持ちます。このグループは108両が製造され、京急の全線と都営浅草線で幅広く使用されています。前面デザインは600系・2100系に似ています。ドア間はロングシート、車端部はクロスシートとなっています。
The first group of Keikyu Series 1000 has an aluminum body with three doors per side. In this group, 108 cars were built and are widely used on all Keikyu lines and the Toei Asakusa Line. The front-end design is similar to that of Series 600 and 2100. The cars have longitudinal seats between the doors and transverse seats at the car ends.
