名鉄6000系は1995年に瀬戸線へ転入しました。他の路線の6000系は白い扉でしたが、瀬戸線では赤い扉です。全ての座席がロングシートへ変更されました。名古屋本線から36両が移ったことで、瀬戸線で最も多い車両となりました。
Meitetsu Series 6000 was transferred to the Seto Line in 1995. On other lines the Series 6000 had white doors, but on the Seto Line they have red doors. All seats were changed to longitudinal seating. After 36 cars moved from the Nagoya Main Line, this became the largest fleet on the Seto Line.
