1976年から、瀬戸線は名古屋城の空堀を通り、土居下から大津橋・堀川へ走っていました。現在は地下を通り、名古屋の中心街の栄町へ向かいます。東大手駅は素朴な地下駅です。列車は朝に4分間隔、昼間に15分間隔で到着します。
Since 1976, Seto Line ran dry moat of Nagoya castle from Doishita to Otsubashi and Horikawa. Now they run underground to Sakaemachi, the downtown of Nagoya. Higashiote Station is a rustic underground station. Trains arrive at every 4 minutes in the morning, every 15 minutes in the daytime.
