Hokushin Railway runs from Shin-kobe to Tanigami, as an extension of Kobe subway. Most of the lines are a tunnel under the Rokko mountain. EMU Series 7000, built in 1988, has light-brown body and Hankyu-like interior. They are used together with stocks of Kobe subway.北神急行電鉄は、新神戸から神戸電鉄有馬線の谷上までを結ぶ鉄道です。路線の大半が、六甲山を貫通するトンネルです。7000形は、1988年の同線開業とともに登場しました。車内は阪急の車両とほぼ同じですが、外装はオリジナルの濃淡ベージュです。神戸市交の車両と共通運用され、谷上に入らない運用にも頻繁に使用されます。
