Kintetsu is the biggest private railway company in Japan (except for JR). The main line is Osaka Line, which connects Osaka and Ise/Nagoya, but Kintetsu has many other sub-main lines. Among them, Minami-osaka-sen (literally, South-osaka Line) is very unique, since it equipped with narrow gauge track. (usual Kintetsu lines have standard gauge.) It starts from Abenobashi terminal, which is 5 km far from Namba, the main terminal of Kintetsu. Then it heads for south-east, passes Kashiwarazingu-mae, and reaches Yoshino. Since the gauge is different, the trains are also different from those on other lines.
