丸ノ内線は東京で2番目に古い地下鉄路線です。建設は第二次世界大戦前に始まりましたが、開業は戦後の1954年でした。茗荷谷、後楽園、御茶ノ水、四ツ谷付近では、短い区間で地上に出てから再び地下へ入ります。銀座線より少し大きな車両を使いますが、両線の電気方式には互換性があります。
The Marunouchi Line is the second-oldest subway Line in Tokyo. Construction began before World War II, but the line opened after the war, in 1954. Near Myogadani, Korakuen, Ochanomizu, and Yotsuya, the line briefly runs above ground before returning underground. Compared with the Ginza Line, it uses slightly larger rolling stock, although the two lines are electrically compatible.
